A modern and spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment perfect for up to 6 guests visiting for either business or leisure.
This property is conveniently located close to Belfast city centre and many of its tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.

You will be welcomed into a well-maintained building entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay!.
The living room has modern fitting throughout such as a comfortable sofa, side tables and table lamp where you can relax and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV.

In the open plan kitchen and living areas, you will find a 6-seater dinning table, perfect for socialising and enjoying your meals together.

Cook you favourite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes stove, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cutlery.
There is also an iron and washing machine so you can always stay fresh.

Wind down and use the free Wi-Fi available around the home.

All bedrooms are well-presented with fresh linen for a good rest and one has an en-suite bathroom.

There are many local amenities within a few minutes drive, including Forestside shopping centre, Dunnes Stores and many Restaurants / Cafe's on the Ormeau Road.

Tourist attractions include the Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens, Titanic Museum, Crumlin Road Gaol, Belfast City Hall & St George's Market.

Perfect Location
The property was fantastic. Easy drive to Belfast City Centre, George Best Airport. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Host was quick to respond and check in and out was so smooth. Will definitely book again on my next trip to Belfast.

Great for what we needed
Enough space for a family, great location & parking. Everything we needed & James was helpful when we had a question. There was a durex wrapper on the floor of one of the bedrooms that made me feel ick but other than that it was very clean. The oven also didn’t work but we got around it by using the grill. Also on a flight path for Belfast city airport but this isn’t a problem at night time. Overall we were very happy with the property, would choose it again & would recommend others
