Take a 7 min bus ride into the city centre, enjoy a leisurely 10 min stroll to glorious Ormeau Park, or simply explore the bars and restaurants of this very eclectic area of E Belfast!
We believe in the original short-let idea of offering people unique places to stay and in areas that have a more local feel. Whether you are staying in our apartment for a few days or a few weeks, you will feel like a Belfast resident in no time!

The Apartment
Regarding the apartment it is a self contained apartment in a superb location with free on street parking just outside. Each room as a double bed with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a brand new smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy! Unique artwork adorns the walls and adds a splash of colour to the apartment - I am sure you will enjoy looking at them!
The bathroom houses a large bath so you can enjoy a soak after a long day sightseeing. We supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash.
Parking is free and on-street.
The Area
We are located just off the Cregagh Road and a 2 minute walk from a shop that sells all essentials including alcohol. There are lots of amenities in the immediate vicinity but a 20 minute walk through the award winning Ormeau Park will take you to the thriving Ormeau Road area where you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun (Errigle Inn is a great local pub!). We are also an 7 minute bus ride / 5 minute drive to the city centre. Being such a small city, everywhere is also pretty much walkable so make sure to take your time and get to really know the city by walking through all the neighbourhoods to get from A to B. Northern Irish people are very friendly and will be happy to help you out if you need directions or advice!
Ormeau Park is a short distance away and is great for an early morning run or evening stroll.
Ormeau Golf Club is a superb 9 hole course where you can rent clubs if you haven't brought your own.
The Comber Greenway is can be found very close to the apartment and is a fantastic place for a walk or cycle. it goes all the way to the beautiful town of Comber.

For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!
Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm and checkout 11am but please ask us before arriving and we will try to accommodate a bending of these rules. As seasoned travellers we know only too well how nice an early check in or late checkout can feel!
This is a residential zone and there are strictly no parties or extra guests allowed. Please be aware that your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund if these rules are found to be broken.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
