Noisy, maintenance issues, shower cubicle needs refreshing, corridors with various items left eg plates, cups, sachets etc. Towel and bedding marked. Do not disturb sign was ignored as housekeeping banged on door to say they were there.

Check in and staff were great, the problem was with the room. Firstly I arrived and it smelled of cigarettes, and was absolutely freezing. I changed the temperature up to 27 and still the room remained cold. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and I had some of the worst nights sleep. The gym is very good and breakfast isn't bad

Dear Guest, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay with us at Park Inn Belfast. I am disappointed to read you had issues during your stay with the air conditioning and the smell in the room, I have passed this onto our housekeeping team to ensure the rooms are inspected property. If you would of contacted reception we would of been more than happy to move the room for you. Thank you for your kind words regarding the staff and the breakfast. I do hope we could have the opportunity to welcome you back if your travels have you back to Belfast City Center. Kindest regards, Martin Front Office Manager

Central Location, poor housekeeping

Pros: Location, reception staff
Cons: The housekeeping team
The Park Inn has a great location. Literally just off the main shopping streets, its incredibly handy for seeing belfast. The reception staff were all universally lovely as well, and were a really great help to me throughout my stay. However, the hotel was let down several times by poor quality and rude housekeeping staff. The staff come knocking at 8am, and they really went for it on my floor. I was already awake and about, but I thought they were trying to break my door down each day. I let them into the room each day, and each time felt pressurised to get out as soon as they arrived. However, even when they were left to clean, things weren't great. The carpet was unhoovered, and I was left without shower gel/soap for two days, despite asking for more twice. Finally I just went to reception, who sent some up quickly. Overall the housekeeping staff let down what was otherwise a great hotel.

Pretty good overall

Lovely staff, great location and overall pleasant stay. However, pillows were quite lumpy and TV didn't work. Nevertheless, have to say that the staff were happy to help with any issues we had and the above did not detract from our trip.

Central hotel

Pros: It was central, its not cheap to eat or drink there but out side are plenty of great places.
Cons: Directions I walked past the end of the road without seeing it.
Location: Its in the heart of the city and its got loads to see and do and places to eat The museum in the botanical gardens, palm house, queens jail to visit
Central hotel in the middle of shops and things to see. no parking you have to park at their sister hotel but a very short walk. The Jail tour was great the Museum at the Botanical Gardens is so good plan a long visit. I have seen the palm house before and its well worth a visit, Loads of places to eat and drink, some expensive some great value. The people must be the friendliest in the world. stop anyone and they will spend time to chat and direct. Bus tours but buy a daily ticket its cheaper. Titanic is ok.

Nice hotel

Hotel is central. Beautiful bar and fantastic restaurant. Be sure to request a room that is not adjoining as you can hear everything. Horrible smell from sewers in bathroom. Ruined our night stay here.

Very good Hotel close to city centre.

Pros: Its location but most of all the wonderful staff who took great care of us during our short break. We will be back again.
Cons: I find it extremely difficult to pick on any one thing that I could suggest improvement. It is difficult to improve on perfection.
Location: This hotel is well located on a quiet street in the city centre
My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Park Inn, Belfast. This hotel is ideally situated in the city centre; within walking of the Ulster Hall and the Grand Opera House. We were very well looked after by the wonderful receptionists who arranged two great tours for us; the Belfast tour on the hop on/hop off bus and the day tour to the Giants Causeway. They also arranged a pick-up service for these tours. We had a very good room and the bed was sooooo comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices, very satisfying and set one up for the day.
