This is not a 5 star hotel. The room style is old. Especially, the service is below average, the staff refused to offer service to send the luggages from lobby to the room. The location is good though, lots of dining options.

This property is in the city and close to tourist attractions such as forbidden city, Tianemen square, the museum etc. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay

We stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel facilities and location are top notch. Our room was clean and no odor, and spacious. The swimming pool and hot tub are located on the 3rd floor. I was impressed with the swimming pool that you could do lap swimming. The only thing was that there’s certain smell of smoke around the area. The location close to metro, bus stops. 600 meters distance. Overall we are very pleased with our stay. Thanks.

bad experience with the doorman
I booked two night stays. All my stay experience was good, however just good. It's not like what I expected at all. Especially the hotel doorman guy. When I asked a doorman guy how to ride the sub and the bus from this hotel, he just answered me very impatiently. He doesn't want to say one more word. The next day, I failed to call a taxi because of the rush hour. I stood there almost twenty minutes already. I tried to get some help from the doorman. Unfortunately I met the same guy. You can guess what I experienced. He answered me every questions by saying"I don't know" "How can I know" "Why should I know"!!! I expect the hotel stuffs should get the proper training. At least they should know how to talk to the guests and how to help the guests. Very basic training!

Great hotel!
The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well presented and the room was a really good size. It was easy to check in and although the staff member didn’t speak too much English, she went on google translate and quickly found our room. We used the pool once and it was nice but you do need a swimming cap. There isn’t much around the hotel, just a couple of shops and restaurants so we got the subway/ taxis out each day. It’s within a 5 minutes walk of 2 subway stations, which made it easy to get around. For the price you pay, we thought this was a great hotel!

Be aware that this hotel is far away from anything worth doing or seeing, and you will have to take taxis or spend a fair amount of time on the subway to get around. For first time visitors of Beijing make sure you check how far apart everything is- this hotel looks closer than you’d expect! The hotel is in a building with many other businesses above a large train station, and while the view is fine from the higher floors, it’s a bit of a disappointment upon arrival if you’re hoping for a romantic stay. We had a strange start, we were told we got a free upgrade but we were given the exact room I purchased. Room smelled of old cigarettes despite being a no smoking room, one of the power outlets by the bed did not work, the overhead shower did not work as the button was broken, and room cleaning was minimal which made the plan of using the bathtub dubious, and the floor wasn’t vacuumed well. For the sound sensitive, know that you can hear the trains screeching outside if the windows are open but with them closed it’s negligible. They offered to change our room the following night to the other side of the building but we opted to stay where we were after the first night. Overall it got the job done and the deluxe room was large, but certainly too expensive for what was provided and not nearly as nice as the photos make it seem. You’re better off paying more to be more central.

The hotel is not near any of the tourist spots. But I guess most your companies pick up from there, that's why I chose it. Breakfast is good and varied for all tastes. Staff absolutely fabulous couldn't help me enough with the few issues I had, noting to do with the hotel. And of you like fish there's a great fish buffet in the hotel
