There were no supplies ie, extra toilet paper, ice maker did not work, we had to purchase both. The toilet paper that was there was less than a half roll in each bathroom. The basement was very musty smelling, the wifi password was not legible, definitely need to find a better way to communicate that.

We came from Indiana for a conference in Beckley. The house was Great and just as explained. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough room for eqch of us. Nice yard and pool for the kids to play. We'll definitely be back.

Great for an overnight
This home was a great stop for my group on our way to Tennessee. The host was very accommodating and even provided a brand new pack'n play when I asked if one was available. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't clean enough to use, but we hiked at a nearby park instead and had a great time (Ship Rock trail is awesome). The house could use a few surface repairs, but nothing that affected our stay.

The house is wonderful. Very clean. Only problem was garbage didn’t get picked up and pool hose popped off twice. Hostess was very nice. Would recommend property definitely.

Our family stayed at this nice place for a weekend getaway to Winterplace. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool table and games that were available. I wish we could have stayed more days. We definitely recommend it.

Clean, convenient, comfortable!
My sister and I brought our family to this beautiful part of West Virginia for our kids to see some snow, and this house was perfect to stay in! The kids enjoyed the pool table and we enjoyed the space, the location, and the cleanliness! Our host communicated through VRBO all the necessary information we needed for arriving, and then helped me when I had a couple of questions during our stay. Our kids enjoyed seeing the snow so this house will be number 1 on our list for our next snow trip!
