All the staff were very nice and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was very accommodating to our needs and getting more food as needed. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a great location

We checked in with five people and needed a room with two queens and a couch/fold-out. The room was just big enough for the two queens and we had to get a roll-around bed that barely fit for the fifth person. This was not explained upon checking in and was far from ideal.

Good for an Overnight
This is a great place to stay in Beckley. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, this location needs some serious reno/updating work. The lobby was done a bit ago but the guest rooms are looking pretty bad. They need serious updating/repair.

As Hamptons go, it was okay I have stayed in better ones. It needs some refreshing. It smelled a little funny. Not terrible but not crisp and clean. It was clean but just something different. Hard to put my finger on it. Location is great and served our purpose. Would stay again but not one of my favorite places.
