This was our second stay at Paradise Inn (Beaver, UT). We chose it again because my wife and I have been impressed by the neatness and cleanliness of the room. The reception was always courteous and friendly. We always enjoy the complimentary breakfast at Crazy Cow Cafe.

The overnight reception person was incredibly rude. We were delayed and didn't get to the hotel until 2AM. He gave us our room keys with a cursory explanation of it's location. He placed us in the farthest room from the reception even though the place was not even half full. That was clearly deliberate as the hotel was only half full judging from the number of cars parked in the property.

Absolutely loved the customer service. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hot tub was much needed after a long travel day and we were given extended time by the owner which was so nice and unexpected. The free breakfast coupons are such a nice addition and the breakfast was delicious. It is an older hotel but was clean, beds were comfortable and we slept so well.

Noisy . You can hear the guest above you walking around . The Crazy Cow restaurant is where breakfast was served and it was amazing. If u eat dinner there you get a free slice of cheesecake which was probably one of the best I've ever had.
