Ty Efail is a detached cottage located in a peaceful rural area which is officially recognised as an "Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty".

Our maximum occupancy is 5 people plus 1 infant (1 travel cot & 1 high chair provided).

The cottage is less than 5 mins drive from the popular seaside town of Beaumaris. This property has stunning mountain & sea views!

Access to the property is via a private gated driveway. We are pet friendly and the outdoor areas are fully enclosed.

As a self-catering holiday home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

WIFI is included.

The kitchen has an under counter fridge, a separate freezer, an induction hob, a single oven, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. Plus all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils you would expect to find in any modern kitchen, a cafetière, teapot etc.

The kitchen is open-plan with the dining room. We have a solid oak table with 5 chairs and there is enough space for a high chair (which we provide). 

The lounge area has a log burning stove and logs are complementary - there is a log store right outside the front door and we ask our guests to help themselves if the fireside basket needs refilling. The sofas can comfortably seat 5 people and this is a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains through the large window.

We have a 43" Smart TV in the living room.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.

In the first bedroom downstairs, you will find a double bed. This bedroom has lovely views across the fields towards the mountains.

There are two bedrooms upstairs - one has a King Size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed.

We also provide a travel cot and high chair which are kept in an upstairs cupboard.

We provide books and board games for guest use.

There is 1 downstairs bathroom with a WC, vanity basin and a spacious quadrant shower enclosure.

As with all of our properties, freshly made up beds and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house but there is an outdoor cigarette bin.
- There is space on our gated driveway for a maximum of 3 cars.
- Pets are allowed at the property - small fee of £30.00 for up to two well behaved dogs (payable direct to owner prior to stay) and we respectfully ask that dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or upstairs.
- £100 fully refundable damage deposit is payable direct to owner prior to stay.

Lovely comfortable stay in great location.
We had a great few days in this very comfortable and well equipped house. The location was perfect for exploring both Anglesey and North Snowdonia. Lovely part of the world!
