Better than expected as stayed in newly renovated room - new everything & spotless. Good overnight stop just off I95- serves the purpose at a value price versus other nearby hotels. Also New convenience store next to property. Would stay again.

Guy at front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms seem to have just been renovated so they are very clean. So far I'd say in the past couple years of staying in some other hotels, this has been the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Area was very convenient. There is a wonderful pizza place right beside the parking lot and if you stay here you have got to try it!

Scariest place I’ve ever stayed in!
Do not believe the pictures this is the dirtiest nastiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Cat litter on the floor, another persons hair in the tub, dirty stained sheets and blankets with cigarette burn holes in them. This hotel should be condemned and not listed on hotels.com. It looks like a drug den. No one should bring their family to this place ever! The walls are covered in filth and we refused to take a shower with out our flip flops on. They also refused refund as every picture is false on the hotels.com website. It’s October and if you are looking for the scariest place possible and one you might get stabbed in this hotel is it. Don’t stay here.

Breakfast was horrible. Nothing fresh. Had to request clean sheets. Ac didnt work. Had to ask twice to get it to work. Room hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Floors filthy. Water didn't drain from sink. Tub was all soap scum. Think twice before staying here

Heavy smell in the room, malfunctioning flush system in the lavatory pan. Staff is, however, very friendly and pet friendly. Room was reasonably clean, quiet location, plenty of grass and trees.
