It started on a low point with the worst check-in we have had in a long time. First it was a bit tricky to find the hotel (no signs to hotel/lobby), when we found it there was an online check-in which we had done many times before. Here, however, we had not received an e-mail with a link for online check-in, and the system did not recognize our name and reservation number. When we found a check-in desk eventually, the person had the same problems and could not check us in on their system and had to do it the old way after several unsuccessful trials. After 20 min we had our room key. Other than that this place is exceptional, very interesting street art, super nice rooms with balcony, very nice dining options if you like rustic cuisine and great beer. Would we come back? Of course, no doubt (caveat: parking may be a bit tricky, so come early!)

I loved my stay at the hotel, from the artwork, the rooms and the restaurant next door. Room were clean, spacious, free mini bar and Bluetooth radio in the bathroom. We used the sauna which give you a great view to the area surrounding the hotel. Coffee, yogurts and pretzels were provided each morning for breakfast. The meals in the restaurant were superb and we ate there each day, the crazy sheep coffee shop had amazing coffee. I’d highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Unpersönlich, da keine Rezeption und Personal. Nur ein Check-In-Terminal, was zu 17 Minuten Wartezeit beim einchecken führte. Hatte bei Buchung ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt und bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Eingangs-Feuertür, wo alle Gäste durch mussten und so die Tür ständig ins Schloss gefallen ist. Außerdem war das Zimmer zum Parkplatz und zum Eingang der Brauereigaststätte gelegen, was Lärm bis ca. 01:30 Uhr bedeutet. Fenster aufmachen war deshalb auch nicht möglich. Normalerweise könnte man dann mit der Rezeption sprechen und nach einem anderen Zimmer fragen, was aber hier nicht möglich ist, da kein Personal vorhanden. Zimmer war sehr dunkel (wenig Licht), da man die Vorhänge nicht öffnen konnte, sonst hätte der ganze Parkplatz reingeschaut. Zimmer sind sehr nett und modern eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wände und Decke sehr dünn, so dass man im Nachbarzimmer und von oben alles hören konnte. Keine kostenlosen Parkplätze vorhanden. Ich bevorzuge eine persönliche Kommunikation und nichts steriles und einsames. Deswegen werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
