When booked as a 4br/3ba home the guest has access to the entire property.

Other Things to Note:
If you love this home but don't need quite so much space please send an inquiry asking about booking the downstairs 2br/2ba only. The home can be as either a 4br/3ba (downstairs & upstairs) or a 2br/2ba (downstairs only). When the downstairs only is booked no other guests are allowed to book the upstairs. You will never have another guest/stranger staying upstairs if you book only the downstairs.
