Our house has a large open kitchen/dining/living room area, featuring a kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals. Kitchen is also fully dotted with all utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Outdoor charcoal grill. A full-size washer and dryer are also ready in the laundry room for your convenience.
A large covered and screened-in back patio is available to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Located on a large lot, there’s ample off-street parking lot for up to 3 vehicles. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds XL, with a 27" TV featuring satelite Chanels. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 50" TV featuring satelite channels. Living room has a 60"smart tv with satelite channels. The property is fully fenced-in and it is surrounded by trees for privacy and nature enjoyment. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, you will wake every morning with sounds of nature. Fire and burglar alarm monitored by CWS. The house could be a great option for large families who wants to spend their vacation together but still apart. Both units will share the screened-in back patio, with a privacy divider in between, and the back yard as well. Both units are rentable through Vrbo.
