Tried to check in the holiday day inn express had system issues so I couldn’t check in & I couldn’t stay there worst experience ever!! There were three others checking in as well they couldn’t check in either they had us calling holiday inn main office with no help just back in forth with the people at the counter with no help. Never again will I try to book at any holiday inns
