Nestled by the serene shores of Center Hill Lake, offering breathtaking water views from almost every room in the home.
The home is roomy and comfortable, perfect for a family or group of friends! A large deck overlooking the lake provides an ideal spot for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the scenery. Enjoy sitting around our solo stove fire-it with your family and friends, firewood provided.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all essential appliances and utensils for convenient meal preparation.

The Large Master Suite with comfortable beds sizes king and queen with an ensuite bathroom is located upstairs. Large sliding doors open up to a huge deck for the best views.

Two other additional bedrooms, both tastefully furnished for a peaceful night's rest are located on the main floor of the home as well as a second bathroom. Downstairs bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a full sized bed.

Easy beach access to the lake for swimming, boating, and water activities with a small Boat launch ramp just .10th of mile from house. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the lakeside ambiance.

TV and Wifi are available for entertainment although we think you will love enjoying the peaceful serenity of nature.

Quick Lake vacay
Wanting to get away, but stay close enough to haul our boat w/ us, we decided on this nearby location. Everything was precisely what we expected. Easy access to Center Hill lake and Cookeville Boat Dock made for more time on the water. Our 3 boys loved it and there was not shortage of space for them to safely roam free. Highly recommended for a quick, very accessible getaway from NSHVL.

Jessica & Tyler At JeTy we’re great to talk to. This house was super clean and felt right at home. Unlike most rentals we’ve stayed in, JeTy had all the things at the house that we usually have to run out and buy. We were amazed at all the commodities they had there for there guest. The lake view is nice especially from the upstairs. It is on a remote point of the lake with water access within a few hundred yards to the lake. First time to this lake and it was great. We took our jet skies and visited the water falls which were spectacular. There are like 9 marinas on the lake and all the folks are like a big family. There’s great places to eat at most of them as well . Reccomemd this place highly
