This is our second time staying at the Ibis. The service was so good the first time, we returned. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is nice. Most of all, the staff are helpful, friendly, and very professional.

Já sou hóspede frequente. O melhor atendimento são as pessoas do café da manhã, além de ter boa variedade. Recepção , depende de quem te atende , não existe padrão. Quarto eh básico , padrão Íbis , ou seja , bom para estadias curtas . Localização é excelente! Preço: É variável , tipo Uber , de acordo com a demanda, frequentemente é mais caro q o melhor hotel da cidade .

O hotel é péssimo, vale metade do valor cobrado, quarto pequeno sem uma mesa e cadeira e nem uma prateleira para você colocar o celular para carregar, travesseiros de péssima qualidade, todos empelotados e com caroço no meio, se fundo funcionário do hotel que foi muito educado todos os travesseiros estão assim sem o hotel mandar novos travesseiros e com qualidade maior, e ele me o mereceu um edredom para fazer como travesseiro, o café da manhã não espere muita coisa, porque os produtos são de baixa qualidade e com um sabor não muito agradável, cuidado com o que pega. Não recomendo existem hotéis mais baratos e com qualidade muito maior, nunca mais fico em um Ibis.
