DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! They over book them selves and had me no where to go. Then the workers just leave without any solution. This hotel basically stole my money and didn’t give me a room

Someone walked right into our room. We had just heard another patron complaining about the same thing at the front desk. I was traveling with a baby and the place, while the staff was friendly, was not safe. Also our room had such an overwhelming had smell it was hard to breathe.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. We emitted breakfast (it was the first day they had chicken with the waffles). My husband really loved the chicken! Lol... The only thing we didn't like was apparently how thin the walls and floors are because you hear every step and you and voices, and one of the pillows on our bed was extremely funky! Whew it was horrific. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The road was closed getting into the property and I spent 2 hours at night trying to find a way to the property. 2 phone calls to the property and they did not even try to give me accurate directions to get to an open road that would access the property! The just said we have no control over the city closing down the street.

The stay was good. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast could have been better. The was nothing really for breakfast, it appeared that the hotel had not restocked breakfast items( e.g., there was 1 of this, 2 of that etc.).

The first room smelled really bad so the moved me to 301 where you hear the elevator going up and down every time anyone gets on it which sounded like someone knocking on the door. The couch had a tear in it and the curtains and filthy. I asked for my room to be cleaned at least 1 night and it didn’t happen. I had to go get towels and tissue. Bad experience for me

Staff was beyond amazing. Room fridge was ajar when I got there with the freezer having a melting ice chunk. There wasn’t a remote for the tv (wait for it). Wires were sticking out from nightstand and ac that was a little concerning but bathroom was clean and water soft which for Baton Rouge is hard to find. So when I went down to look for remote I had a new water bottle on the nightstand. When I came back to the room the door lock didn’t turn like it did when I first got there but I had the keys and the extra lock at top and I decided to go to bed I took my medication but the water bottle was gone. I decided that I just left it in my car but after checking out it wasn’t there. So it all creeped me out.
