I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe and comfortable with just myself and my toddler. I'll definitely stay there again. The room was nice and clean as well.

Staff was beyond amazing. Room fridge was ajar when I got there with the freezer having a melting ice chunk. There wasn’t a remote for the tv (wait for it). Wires were sticking out from nightstand and ac that was a little concerning but bathroom was clean and water soft which for Baton Rouge is hard to find. So when I went down to look for remote I had a new water bottle on the nightstand. When I came back to the room the door lock didn’t turn like it did when I first got there but I had the keys and the extra lock at top and I decided to go to bed I took my medication but the water bottle was gone. I decided that I just left it in my car but after checking out it wasn’t there. So it all creeped me out.

This place was absolutely amazing, the staff was sweet but my only problem was the shower, I waited 10 minutes for it to get hot and it never got hot. I had to take a cold shower but it’s just a small inconvenience not a HUGE deal it just really sucked.

The room was not as described. I had a 1 bedroom suite that suppose to sleep 4. It was 1 king bed. I had to purchase a blow up bed. There was a party on the 7th floor. People in and out. No quiet hours

The property was pretty good. The water smelled weird and the shower head was not great. Overall it was a good place to stay but the general cleanliness could have been better. The floors were somewhat dirty in the main areas and the walls were thin so you could hear a lot of what was goong on in other areas. It was very convenient for Baton Rouge Genenal. The bed was amazing, wish i would have seen what it was. Lol. Overall a good price for the commendations.

Pictures are deceiving
The hotel is older and overall less clean and modern than the pictures make it look. There was a stain on our bed sheets and only 3 small pillows for a king sized bed. The breakfast was terrible unless you want prepackaged foods, with a very small breakfast area. I would’ve expected to pay about half of what I did for this hotel for one night.
