lack of communication/ need more kitchen ware
Took almost an hour to get in place. Contact person was no longer with company was given another person. Contacted that person stated we couldn't get in after awhile I called VRBO was on hold for awhile they had to get housekeeping's code to get in. After I got off with VRBO I got a code from another person to use. Also no instructions on how to lock the door I'm sure we were to use the keycard but it was useless. One would stay inside while the other stepped out trying to lock the door. Once I figured that out it was always a challenge to get the door locked when leaving because you had to push a button inside and try to get the door shut before the bolt would come out and I would have to unlock it and do it over and over again! Lacking household items we had a small rectangular pizza to cook NO pans of any size had to put it on the muffin pan. No tea kettles, no wine bottle cork screw opener or wine glasses, a crock pot would of been useful. Kitchen items were at a bare minimum.

Next best thing to being in your own home.
I chose this property due to it's close proximity to family as well as LSU. There are abundant shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Check-in was very easy as I had been provided all of the details via email in the days prior to my stay. This property is located in an all ages development. It is an older development with large trees and sidewalks which I took advantage of while walking my dog. All of the residents I encountered were friendly. Overall it felt very homey. I will stay at this property again if it's available.

unfortunate
do to poor management we could not stay in the unit. Upon arrival to the complex it was incredibly hard to locate the unit. Once I did I had to climb over fallen big branches in the staircase, then ran into a huge mess of cob webs that covered the door. It was late and we had a 15hr commute so after all that I still tried to get in. Wrong door code and after many failed calls had to find a hotel room for the weekend, SMH!

Great Place but not a fan of extra fees
Awesome Place but I’m not a fan of the “extra fees”. It’s better if they just listed it at the price per night. Still a great location and a very nice place.

Definitely a new rental apartment
Location was great, difficulty getting amenities key and wifi information. Received a warning sticker, from apartment complex, on my car that was parked in the designated spot for the rental apartment. No coffee cups or glassware.
