Room was nice and spacious but the air was off when I walked in and the room was stuffy and old smelling. Overall, nice and clean. Greatly located across the street from the mall and 15 minutes from casino. Only 1 person working front desk so check out took some time.

Our family liked the double beds with the side couch/ living space, made for a more spacious room. The condition of the room was in not too great condition. We had a wood shelf loose and some other damages to the room.

The parking is unsafe, although I had no problems, they have a sign that they are not responsible for what may happen in the parking lot.

We only stayed one night because that was the orignal plan, the hotel was a little dated but aside from that the staff was nice the shower toiletries were great and the towel were our favorite we've ever used! I'm glad we stayed, I think the cleanliness is a matter of a lack of renovation which is not the staffs fault.

Hyatt was chosen as an overnight visit headed to Texas. The front desk greeting was just ok. Tried communicating with the receptionist about the property, she appeared as though I was bothering her. Once given the key we were not given any direction where to go just a piece of paper with explanations of the property to read for ourselves. The room was on the 2nd floor near the elevators, which was quite noisy. On entry we were meet with a muggy musty moldy odor. The room was very dated, it could use some much needed renovations.The carpet wasn’t vacuumed due to all the hair stuck to our socks and coins found on the floor. We sat on the sofa and immediately started itching. We took a shower and fully dressed ourselves and slept on top of the covers, we were tired!!! We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pretty nice, the staff was very nice, breakfast was meh (no cereal choices or pancake), the room layout was nice, but the AC didn’t function well and it was missing a desk. For a quick over night stay it was fine, but not fabulous.

My stay was excellent! The only thing that made me question this hotel, was there was not a microwave in the room. Now, why wasn'tthereamicrowave in the room? Everything else in the room was amazing they layout was awesome, BUT NO MICROWAVE

The hotel itself was descent but what stood out was the staff. We arrived later and the night manager amd front desk(Vivian) was so kind and accommodating. The next morning only the manager was there and she went above and beyond.

Nice hotel
Rooms are ok, its a bonus that they have a sofa sleeper available. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was pleasant. We enjoy the location of the hotel for our activites. The rooms do need a little attention. The bathroom ceiling was leaking water from higher floor and making a mess on floor and tub from the plaster. It was reported to management upon checking out.
