Upon entry the lobby was beautiful and the initial staff was pleasant and welcoming. I was really excited about seeing the room. When we got to the room it was dusty. The floors were filthy. We couldn’t walk on them w/o shoes or socks. They made out socks extremely dirty and black. The baseboards had residue. The shower leaked when the tub was turned on which made the floor wet. So as the water hit the bathroom floor it turned brown. The fridge was rusty. Area on the floor around the toilet was rusty. I asked for additional towels and was told they’d send em NEVER happened. I just went to Walmart and bought some more. One of the staff members rolled her eyes as we were going out for the day and didn’t speak. Every other staff member’s attitude was wonderful. I really expected more. I was in town to see family and relax, I couldn’t relax in the filthy room. Over $100 a night should at least ensure a mop of the floors. I’m never going back.

A Great Choice! Convenient and Clean!
The hotel was conveniently located, recently renovated, and clean. The front desk was polite and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a light dinner in the dining room and the bartender/waitress was especially fun and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
