Let me start by saying I had no problems at all with the place itself or main contact person Uyen. My problem is with the management of The Evolve Team and their poor billing scheme. They charged us an additional $16 and told us they couldn’t honor the fee shown on Expedia and would be unable to refund us the amount. After being on the phone with Expedia and them contacting Evolve - they went over each item details and found Evolve did in fact charge the wrong amount!
