Do not recommend
The unit is in a dangerous area of Baton Rouge but close to LSU. Our check in info was not sent until a hour AFTER check in time. Check in information was not accurate when given. We attempted to contact the host for an hour before he responded. After that communication was great!

Great place to stay
It was a little hard trying to get into the gate and house had a smell as if a cigarette had been smoked in there but a little spray helped. Property was VERY clean and way better than i expected! I loved my visit

cleaning wasnt very well, had over 100 dead bugs in the fridge and freezer, no trash bags for trash, toilet was full, of brown residue, wasnt able to get inside the gate for check in had to wait until someone else there opened the gate.
