Decent stay in Bath centre
This is a well-located hotel within a couple of minutes' walk of the centre. It was a comfortable room with a decent bed and pillows and a stylish bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable choice and the staff were great. On the not-so-good side, the booking in process was rushed and impersonal without a smile, and the towels that we had hung up for reuse (as per notices in the bathroom) were replaced by housekeeping.

A great hotel to stay in Bath
Check in was quick and easy. Our room was cosy and modern and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the breakfast excellent with lots of choice. It was my partners 70th birthday and 2 cup cakes and a card was left in the room. A very thoughtful gesture. Also a 15% discount on parking at Southgate car park which was a bonus. Very central with lots of restaurants and pubs very close by. Would happily stay again when in Bath.

Great, if a bit chilly
Great location convenient to the Roman baths, cathedral, and the train station. The room didn't offer much storage, but was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good, as was the gym. My only complaint was with the heater, which kept switching to cooling mode and could not be controlled from the room. I had to call the desk 3 times to turn on the heat. They were happy to do it, but it would mysteriously change back after a few hours.

What a treat
A great find for our overnight to see a show in Bath. Fantastic central location but on a quiet street from sound point of view. The hotel is pretty new so I’m sure that helps with its current pristine condition. The public areas and reception were very inviting and we had a very warm welcome. Our room was on the 4th floor opposite the super efficient speedy lifts, but at no point were we disturbed by our proximity to the lifts. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed, good quality TV, fridge. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea and coffee facilities. Also plenty of hanging space for clothes. A comfortable sofa for relaxing and quiet air on. The bathroom was very well appointed with excellent shower and well thought out layout. The decor throughout the hotel was tasteful but fun. This morning we also had a great breakfast with a very good selection of hot and cold foods. The staff we met in reception and housekeeping staff were all very pleasant, all in all a great stay.

The property is a fantastic place to stay in Bath. The breakfast makes up for the very poor parking options. You have to park about 3 blocks away. And register at the hotel to get a discount which is not much. The staff were fantastic and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Bath. The location of the hotel is very walkable to shopping, restaurants and the Roman Baths. Our room and bath were spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed.
