- To access the on-site parking, use the driveway to the underground car park and click the number 1 button on the set of keys to open the door.
- The property is located next to the main road, which may result in some noise during your stay.
- Pool could be closed at any time for repairs

Fabulous unit clean modern BUT on the major road & soooo noisy you could not use the balcony —very disappointing Really wanted to sit outside & have a drink at end of the day & watch the sunset over the river Unit has double glazing & very quiet inside so did just that from inside BUT not quite the same Would still recommend this as a great venue with everything you need

High end apartment
Brand new with absolutely everything you could need. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom is gorgeous. Fantastic water views. Lots of little luxury touches. Thoughtfully decorated. The only down side would be the traffic noise from the 4 lane busy road below. Unfortunately, I think that stopped me from totally relaxing during our 6 day stay. The pool was closed for repairs... but I didn't know there was one when l booked so no problem. Otherwise it's really perfect.

A very lovely apartment
We had a very comfortable stay in Batemans Bay in this lovely and well-equipped apartment. I hadn’t realized how noisy and busy Beach Road is and so we mostly kept the doors closed and the aircon on, that’s its only drawback. But it is very convenient - a short flat walk to the shops and restaurants and to the Marina
