It was clean and quiet. Not busy it seemed. Located close to the town to get food when needed. Staff was friendly and very nice to us.

Very conveniently located right off the the NYS thruway. There are plenty of restaurants not far, as well as some shops to pick up any necessities. The room looked as though it was recently remodeled and the lobby was well lit and large. The hallways were also well lit making me feel safe. The king size bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had large bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There was plenty of coffee and tea in the room to make if wanted and also coffee and tea hot in the lobby. The room also included a small refrigerator and microwave. I would definitely book there again.

Staff issues. If the hotel had staff who had any customer service experience the hotel would be fine. The people in line in-front of us had a reservations for 5 guests: 2 queen and a pull out sofa, got there and that room did not exist and no cots. No offer for a second room. No compensation. They were told to find another hotel and the website made a mistake with the room description. We got into our room and none of the beds were made. We had to ask for another room. We were grateful they did not ask us to go to another hotel. Breakfast the food was not replenished so not much left at 7:30am when we went for breakfast. Key did not work for gym and pool and we were just told they would look into it - no follow up and did not work our entire stay. Poor staff = poor stay.

Hotel was beautiful. I got a room with 2 queen beds and the room was huge. Very clean. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. The only complaint I have is there was only 1 "curtain" and it was extremely thin. We could see the sign from the hotel across the street and all the parking lot lights through the curtain all night plus when the sun came up at 6am the light was way too bright and prevented sleep. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was better than standard continental breakfast--included hot items like eggs and biscuits with gravy as well as variety of cold items such as cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, etc. Enjoyed the pool which was open until 10pm as well as the gym which was well equipped. Liked that the room was wired for multiple devices and didn't have any issues with recharging 4 devices at once. Will certainly stay again.

I was happy with our check in. I was very irritated with being woken up at 5am to the fire alarms and no guidence from the man at rhe desk. Waited 1/2 hr for fire truck, about 10 minutes for them to allow us back in with NO direction again, no explanation. Then had to get up before 920 to eat a NASTY breakfast. Was told breakfast ended at 10 and it was closed down at 9:28am. I left tired, confused and hungry.

Stayed for 1 night traveling from Missouri to Schenectady, NY driving a U Haul for a family member. The hotel's fire alarms went off at 4:45am, after standing outside for 45 minutes the fire department advised there is nothing and it was their system. After getting the all clear, we got to our room and the fire alarm continued going off. Wasn't able to go back to sleep. After speaking with the front desk to ask for some sort of compensation for their system issues and a rough start to a long day, the agent had a rude tone with no acknowledgement or apology. Just curtly advised the manager is not approving compensation.

We booke 2 queens and a pull out couch. They k formed us after we went to our room there were not pull out couch’s in the hotel. They provided us with cots when I went to the desk. We were lucky there were 2 cots. Just was an extra hassle we would have preferred to avoid
