It’s located in a convenient location. Multiple trams from the central station can reach the hotel easily with short walking distance. There are super markets and cafe and restaurants around. The room is clean, bright and comfy. The toilet is modern. The lift is not working and if you carry a big luggage you need to consider this point. The booking comes with a 2-day free city pass that’s very helpful.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Basel, very close to the airport. Trams and bus stops very nearby, we were also given a Basel card during our stay which meant free travel and discounted prices on several tourist attractions. Local supermarket also close by as well as several affordable dining options. The staff are friendly and always there to help. Will definitely be returning!

I booked this hotel last minute cause our train was late so we missed our connecting train! The staff wasn’t there at first but in their defense it was almost midnight and the kitchen crew was around and very helpful! They helped me out and it all worked out! The room was free at! A little small but it was still extremely clean and comfortable for two adults! I would definitely book with them again.

Hotel located in one of the busy thoroughfares of Basel. Lots of options to dine out but the hotel itself is a bit outdated. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was included but not too many options. Room was small but sufficient for a single person. As it’s right next to a busy street, can get noisy very early in the morning. Overall a very decent place.

I visited Basel for a day . The room is good for a quick stay , no TV , Bath Tub , shampoo etc , just the basics , I think it is expensive for the service provided . However the staff the person who helped with with our initial registration was great and very helpful , lots of pubs and restaurants around , good transport connectivity .
