Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem sehr sauberen Haus mit direktem Zugang zum See, toller Sauna und eigenem Ruderboot. Fußläufig (10-15 Minuten) ist Ortschaft mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichbar. Diverse Radwege laden ein. Sehenswerte Städte, z. B. Leer oder Bad Zwischenahn, in 30 Autominuten entfernt. Basis Küchenausstattung vorhanden; für Kleinkinder bedingt geeignet.

Erholung pur!
Es war Erholung pur. Das Inserat stimmt zu 100% mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Der Chech-In war reibungslos. Das Objekt sehr sauber und die Lage mit der Sauna und dem See einfach ein Traum. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Nach kurzer Suche das Haus gefunden (Hinweisschild Nr. X- Nr. Z wäre hilfreich). Kurze, aber ausreichende Einweisung. Sauna 1A, Ausblick, Faulenzen am See sehr schön, Umgebung dito. Empfehlenswert!

Erholung am See
Die Immobilie war wie beschrieben mit direktem Zugang zum See. Leider konnten wir Wetterbedingt nicht alles nutzen. Ansonsten sehr schön gelegen und mit Hunde hervorragend geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt im Nachbarort ca. 5-6 km Entfernung.

Ein tolles Haus direkt am See zum Entspannen. Wir waren sehr begeistert und fanden den direkten Seezugang super. Der eingezäunte Garten und natürlich das Wasser waren für unseren Hund perfekt. Ein toller Ort für Urlaub mit Hund :-)

Schönes Haus mit tollem See
Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus, ganz besonders vom Garten mit Seezugang. Die Ferienanlage wird derzeit noch aufgebaut, daher gibt es immerwieder etwas Baulärm, abhängig davon was die Handwerker grade tun. Aber diesbezüglich wird man im inserat vorgewarnt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist sehr modern und mit liebevollen Details bestückt. Die Sauna war sehr schön, konnte innerhalb von 30 Minuten aufgeheizt sein. Auch mit Hund war es kein Problem da der Garten eingezäunt ist. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit Familie Bernhard war reibungslos und unkompliziert. Was noch toll wäre, wenn es einen Zugang zum See ohne Leiter geben würde. Sowohl für Hund, aber auch Menschen mit Gehproblemen. Alles in allem ein toller Ort zum Urlaub machen :)

Der See direkt am Grundstück bietet optimale Bademöglichkeiten. Die Nutzung der Saune in Kombination mit einer Abkühlung im See ist erstklassig. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und konnten alle Vorteile der Ferienweohnung optimal ausnutzen. Fazit: Äußerst empfehlenswert

Kurzurlaub im Herbst mit Familie
Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr schön am See gelegen und man kann mit mehreren Saunagängen auch bei schlechteren Wetter die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann aber zu einer anderen Jahreszeit um es dann draußen auch mehr genießen zu können im See Baden, Sonnen usw 😊 Sehr nette Vermieter 😊die auch noch gut gelaunt sind obwohl man durch Stau 1,5 Stunden später anreißt.

Eine kleine Oase am See
Wir haben schon mehrmals Ferienhäuser für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Insgesamt wurden hier unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es ist wirklich eine kleine Oase am See. Tagsüber in Bewegung an der frischen Luft und den Abend ausklingen lassen mit einem oder mehreren Saunagängen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es ist wirklich zu empfehlen.
