Ideally located in central Barrow, it provides easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it the perfect base for both work and leisure.

This property is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Please DO NOT light candles or any other items that may cause a fire.

When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked. Please keep the keys to the property safe, if you lose them or lock them in the property as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.

In the event of a fire, guests should make their way to the front door or patio door.
In the event guests cannot make their way to the front door please keep the doors closed and call for help.

Vacating the property:
