The staff were very friendly but I did not get a good nights sleep. Our bed was right next to some loud noise that kept me up all night. It was like a loud machine running all night and it was not the elevator. The shower was cold. There was no hot water. I did mention it to the desk and they gave me a discount,

-Dirty room (A toe nail on the floor in front of couch; red/brown splash marks on the bathroom wall) -TV remote didn't work. -No smoking in building (fine) but literally nowhere to smoke outside; stood in the rain to smoke. -No room service at all and a single, nearly-empty snack vending machine -I thought Super 8 was much better; apparently it's a discount trashy hotel.
