Alot of fine dining options close by. Pool area was a little dissapointing, not that big. Plenty of hot water in the shower which is a plus because it seems to be a problem for a lot of hotels in Colombia.

The hotel was Ok, I loved the shower water pressure but the rooms were a little dirty, some stains on the walls and the mattress was not comfortable. The lobby area needs a deep clean as well. The bar overcharges me for 2 drinks a total of 49 dollars for two margaritas. Worse than Miami prices. The location was great

Loved their breakfast selection! Clean and friendly staff. The beers at the bar were overly priced. I felt say due to their staff at the door and security along. I will definitely return! Nice walk to OXXO and other spots to eat and have a beer.

This is an old property that needs updating. The room was dirty when I arrived. The phone wasn’t working in the room, and it wasn’t taken care of until the third day of my stay. I bring this up because I was getting dental work and was relying on calling room service, and I wasn’t able to call out, and I had to keep going downstairs to order my food the first few days. Not convenient. The breakfast is decent to good, depending on what they have available. They take a long time to replace anything that they run out of. The staff is overall very nice, but they don’t communicate well with each other, and it takes forever to get something done. The bed was comfortable and the shower is nice. The location is good overall. You are fairly close to everything.

The property was clean, safe, and the staff were very accommodating. There were window washers cleaning the outside of the windows and the water started to leak inside the windows. I called the front desk, the mess was cleaned up swiftly. Most people would want compensation however I was treated very well by the staff and good service is becoming difficult to find in today’s world.

I was waiting for more than half an hour to check in, and when it was my turn the people at the reception called some guests of an airline that were behind me, they did not apologize to me for attending them before me knowing that they had arrived later. I told them they should be more courteous to guests.
