Located in a very quiet area, yet close to all services, eliminating the need for a car. It even has a train station 180 meters away, connecting to various points in Cantabria.
HOUSE LAYOUT
Ground floor: large entrance hall, living-dining room, kitchen with direct access to the porch, toilet, a double bedroom with terrace and bathroom.
First floor: 3 spacious bedrooms, full bathroom.
ABOUT THE GARDEN:
It has a large garden, and in the surrounding fields, it’s common to see horses grazing.
Within the property, there are stables with horses that are not available for guests and cannot be visited.
