Excellent location. Everything is close by. Shopping, restaurants, transportation. Very easy to take the metro. Only problem is we found the room was very small.

When we checked in, Manuel was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small and cozy but big enough for my 2 kids and I. It was very clean and we loved the big shower. The location was amazing. 2 mins walk to Liceu metro station. 1 min walk to La Rambla and all the restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and the room was still quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you for am amazing stay.

Great location! Everything is walking distance lots of restaurants, shopping. La Ramblas strip is very close to our hotel which made things easier which was great. The hotel very clean bed comfortable shower clean. Overall lovely place & area.

Payed extra for bigger room with balcony, not even 1 hours A/C stops working, we notify personal downstairs, she said they're working on it and gave us fan sayingit'sbetterthanA/C, fast forward 3 day's passed still no A/C , and they wouldn't change our room, on 4th day after making big seen downstairs finally they downgrade us with smaller rooms but with A/C working, definitely not worth the price, it's not even hotel.

Okay if you just need a place to sleep and shower
Location was good, price good, but the hotel could have been cleaner. I found hair in the shower. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Very minimal toiletries just some soap and shampoo. No wash cloths only towels and hand towels that were pretty rough. It was bearable for 2 nights. The walls are thin, I could hear some drunk neighbors come in during the night. I was out most of the day so it was fine for what I needed.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and not worth any of your money. On top of the lack of cleanliness the service is even worse. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures, nonetheless we gave it a chance. We arrived to our room after a day out and the air conditioning was not working. We gave it a second to start working, but when it didn’t we raised our concerns to reception. The red head woman was rude and completely ignorant of our complaint. The room was unbearably hot, so much so that we started feeling sick. Again, we brought up our concern and the woman assured us it was working. I assure you it was not. After the lady’s rudeness and disrespect, we left. Though this doesn’t even go into enough detail to describe the depth of our horrible experience, it gives an idea to this abhorrent hotel and its service. Do NOT stay here. There are better ones around for around the same price and with better quality.
