I can’t find fault with the hotel. The staff were lovely, very accommodating. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous with loads of choices. The hotel was in a great location and unlike other reviewers we had no issue with the neighbourhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Room was larger than expected for a EU hotel! Was clean and updated. Down side was AC was not “on” due to November but warm in room. Opening window made it very loud from street noise. We liked the distance to Las Ramblas and subway. Fairly loud at night with walkers and nearby park (but closed window abated that issue).

Javier, Karen and Alex were all amazing! Our first room was extremely warm and the staff was so accommodating. They moved us to another room that was much more comfortable. They were helpful with our luggage and calling us a cab when we were ready to leave. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. We would definitely stay again when in Barcelona.
