Atlantic Coast Inn is a motel. It was like Airb&B. There was never anybody in the office. I got a keycode for my room and messages. Clean, spacious, free coke and coffee. Nice bathroom. Noise from street and people in other rooms. Could not get heating to work. Overall a good place to stay for a sort time. 30 min to Bar Harbor

I’d go back and bring my own pillow

Good location, love the checkin. Room is small but adequate and the extras included snacks and bevs were a great touch. Problem was the mattress and pillows. Pillows need case covers. I almost bounced off the bed, if they invested in new bedding it would be much better.

Free snacks and attentive hosts!

We booked it at the last minute but the owners were right there to guide us through self check-in and answer any questions we had. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the room. They provided 2 free Cokes and 2 Milky Way bars in the room! We loved the location, too, with easy access to restaurants and Sylvia’s Cafe for a great breakfast.

It a ok room

It was ok for the best price in the area. But didn’t like that nobody was there. Everything is done by texting. Very unpersonable office has a sign that stays there so if you check in and she no by phone you can wait 15-20 minutes.

This property is about a half hour away from a beautiful national park. It’s a part of the local downtown area. There was a fantastic seafood restaurant just three blocks away. One thing I really liked was walking into the room. There was no smell. There was no bad smell, and there was no cleaning smell! The manager was very patient with the questions that I sent her way and the snacks in the room were all things that I really liked. It was like having my mom buy my favorite things because I was coming home to visit. I haven’t slept in the bed yet so I can’t comment on that at this time. But it’s comfortable to sit on. The walls are a good thickness. We can’t hear our neighbors. And the bathroom has had a wonderful makeover and is very clean.
