De l'arrivée au départ, l'accueil a été parfait (Krystelle s'est même levée très tôt pour accompagner notre départ !!!) L'appartement, superbe et très propre, idéalement placé (au calme et à 12 minutes du centre-ville à pied ) nous a donné toute satisfaction ! Nous remercions la propriétaire d'offrir aux vacanciers ce logement en tout point parfait ! Bref : excellent séjour dans une jolie petite station balnéaire calme et accueillante et point de départ de très belles découvertes ! Maryse et Gérard B.

Appartement idéal
L'appartement est très grand et idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et à quelques minutes du centre ville et de la plage en marchant tranquillement. Nous n'avons quasiment pas eu besoin de la voiture qui est restée dans le garage, un supermarché est à 5 mn à pied avec des prix assez bas. La climatisation est très appréciable car il fait vite chaud dans cette région. La terrasse couverte est hyper pratique, donnant sur la cuisine très bien équipée et sur le salon. Même la vaisselle est de qualité dans ce logement à la déco classique. Bref, séjour très très positif.

nous avons laissé la voiture et mené nos excursion, visites de la ville a pied ou en bus. sentier cotier, aquarium et randonnee sur les hauteurs avec pointxde vue formidable.

Vacances formidables 🌞
Superbes vacances passées à Banyuls où le temps est ensoleillé ,bonne situation géographique, superbe appartement très fonctionnel équipé comme une maison où l'on se sentait comme chez nous . Location à refaire sans problème avec des propriétaires très sympathiques que nous avons eu au téléphone et également Christelle qui est aussi efficace qu'agréable . Merci pour tout 😄

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement très confortable
L'appartement est très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la plage, près du supermarché. Le lieu est calme, l'appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé. L'accueil était très sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Excellent séjour dans ce grand et superbe appartement
Cet appartement étant situé dans un quartier très calme,et sécurisé,proche du centre commercial, du centre ville, de la plage,donc nul besoin de se déplacer en voiture, ce qui est très appréciable, sans oublier le grand confort de ce dernier, ainsi que sa propreté. Nous sommes donc ravis de notre séjour, et avons également très apprécié la région C'est avec grand plaisir que nous souhaitons retourner en ces lieux

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé
Appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé (notamment la cuisine), très propre et agréable, climatisé, très grand (plus grand que les photos n'en donnent l'air) et calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la propriétaire tout comme la gérante ont été particulièrement aimables et arrangeantes avec nous (prêt de matériel bébé, flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ...). Le jardin n'est pas ombragé donc en été c'est un peu chaud mais on peut quand même manger le matin et le soir à l'ombre sur la terrasse, ce qui est très agréable. La petite chambre n'est fermée que par des rideaux (épais), mais je crois que le projet est d'ajouter une cloison. Ceci dit, cela ne nous a pas gênés du tout. Le centre et la plage sont à 10-15 min à pied, ce qui est tout à fait faisable plusieurs fois par jour (nous avions une poussette et le chemin est adapté).

- Ce logement privatif est situé au calme dans Banyuls, et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage - Supermarché à un prix abordable proche, 5 minutes à pied - Jardin sans vis à vis très agréable - Excellent accueil - Livret d'accueil envoyé avant l'arrivée avec des informations exhaustives (c'est la première location où nous avons eu cela) - Climatisation, utile durant cette vague de chaleur - Lave- vaisselle très appréciable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. La location est fidèle à la description. Résidence calme, à 15 mns de la plage de Banyuls. L'appartement est très bien aménagé. Nous avons été accueillis de façon très sympathique par Krystell, ....malgré notre retard involontaire...elle a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils et infos sur les activités à faire. Nous conseillons cette location sans hésitation.
