Perfect for a few nights
Great place for a few nights! Amazing staff and really good atmosphere, very easy to meet people. Perfect location in town to get to most places!

Don't even know where to start...Terrible!! MAL!!!
My friend and I stayed there for a day but on the second day, they increased the price without notifying us. Had to pay 3 times the reservation price. When we confronted them about it, they called the police to threaten us. Police was willing to help us but due to lack of Spanish skills, we could not convince the police. Adding on, Bathroom is dirty, water drainage does not work, food is over priced and worst of all, not international friendly. They are NOT willing to COMMUNICATE. MUY MAL!!!!

The hotel is clean and well maintained, although service can be a little slow. Perfect location if you're spending a few days in Baños and don't want to blow the budget

Fair place to sleep.
This hostel is just a place to stay and meditate. NO TV in room, entrance door SLAMS every time someone leaves, and at times is noisy. It has a place next door so you can pretend you are a gnostic person.

Room was good for the price. Everywhere is central in Banos so nowhere is bad. Staff were friendly and helpful but spoke little English. They recommended Aninga Travel (across the road) for adventure activities and they were safe and reasonable.

Clean hostal
Great hostal within walking distance of many attractions. There is a great rooftop patio as well as cooking facilities on the interior rooftop kitchen dining room.

No good experience
We stayed in a 3 beds room with no TV. The hostal is ubicated in a corner where there are entertainment business around open late at nights so if you are an early bird or a light sleeper, expect don't be able to sleep because of the noise. They don't clean the room very well. Our room had not clean sheets since the beginning, they make up beds daily though. No telephone in the room. They do have hot water only in the shower, they don't give you shampoo only soap. It's more recommended for students and/or young people that don't care to much in comfort.

Ni puedo opinar acerca del Hostal.
Cuando me presente no respetaron el precio de la reserva realizada y me cobraban más del doble. Al final hable con la encargada y la solución que me dio fue que la cancelaria para evitar cobros. Que la culpa era de Expedia que ofrecía algo que ellos no podían brindar y ya era muy reiterativo. Muy desepcionado tener que buscar otro sitio con 2 personas mayores y 2 niños fue una mala experiencia.

Freundliches Hotel mit einfachen Zimmern
Wir waren für eine Nacht in einem 3-Bett-Zimmer dort. Es ist ein einfaches Hotel (viele junge Leute)mitten in der Stadt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und trotz der drei Betten ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist "ecuadorianisch" (Dusche mit Duschvorhang; eng). Das Personal war freundlich. Getränke gibt es zum Selbstkostenpreis und auf Vertrauensbasis aus einem Kühlschrank zu kaufen. Wir konnten das Dachcafé nicht nutzen, weil wir sehr früh wieder aufgebrochen sind, hätten sonst aber dort gefrühstückt.

Muy cómodo y bello.
El hotel funciona como un hostel en algunos aspectos ya que tiene una terraza donde se puede cocinar y utilizar la heladera. Se hospedan muchos europeos. La terraza tiene una vista excelente.
