Delight in the views of the mountain top and its scenery of changing leaves, snowy peaks, and misty mornings and warm sunsets. Accommodated with modern appliances, Wifi, and cozy furniture. Also enjoy access to the indoor pool, spa, fitness room and sauna. Sugar Top provides 24-hour gated security, a cozy lobby area, staffed front desk and parking shuttle. Just a short drive to the slopes, hiking trails, and down town Banner Elk. Come enjoy in this luxurious condo and book your stay.

Great location
Sugar top is fantastic. Love the proximity to the ski slopes, tubing, and ice skating. The pool and hot tub helped keep the kids busy on the days with less than perfect weather too.

Perfect little getaway!
This place was wonderful! My husband and I were very pleased. We took our 6 year old and 1 year old. They both had so much fun! We went on a weekend where it looked like we were in a snow globe. The views were indescribable! Highly recommend this condo!

Construction at high-rise. Noise. Debris. Water every where. Not owners fault. RRR was very accommodating and put in in a much better alternate location.
