You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Newly renovated 2 level beautiful cabin style condo in Sugar Mountain, NC. Upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and queen air mattress. Sofa in living room has a full size bed that sleeps two. Downtairs has a California Queen size bed. LLiving room and bedrooms all have new ceiling fans. In the winter, walk .3 miles down the trail to Sugar Mtn Ski Resort for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. There is a path to hit the slopes from a condo complex outside of our parking lot. Can see glimpse of skiers from upstairs balcony during the season. Perfect for families and couples. Fireplace in master bedroom and TV's in all rooms, WIFI, slingtv, Netflix and etc. In the spring/summer/fall visit wineries, lakes, waterfalls, bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, ATV rides, ziplining, year round rollercoaster, and go karts in the area.

*By booking the property you and your party agree to accept ALL liability for use of the spiral staircase inside the the unit and understands that the Owner and Owners agent shall have no liability for any accidents, injuries, or death that may occur from improper use of spiral staircase that connects the upstairs to the downstiars. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of the said spiral staircase.*

*No smoking in the unit or near the unit doors. There will be a 150.00 fine for smoking in the unit or smell of smoking* If anyone smokes on any balcony. Although this is non smoking unit. The doors to the unit must be closed and all butts picked up and ashes discarded. Love pets but they are not allowed on or at this unit.
