Super clean friendly staff
Hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. My son goes to college in Maine and this hotel was a great value and nice place to stay. One thing I will say if that the "gym" is not really a gym. It's nice that is has a restuarant attached and it's a great location for the area.

A great bargain hotel with an airport shuttle
I booked this hotel ahead of an early morning flight from the airport. Very clean, very friendly staff, nice little restaurant in the hotel, and super convenient to the airport. They have shuttle service to the airport in the morning and a great deal on parking. I saved half of what it would've cost at the airport. If you're looking for a bargain hotel with a great deal on parking for the airport, this is your place.

Front desk person worked HARD between checking people in, attending to guest needs and also driving the airport shuttle back and forth since there were no other staff present in the hotel on the night we checked in.

I think the price is appropriate for this establishment. Major upgrades needed in the pool area, as well as, in the rooms - the beds are way too small & we noticed paint chipping on the trim surrounding the room/bathroom. Overall we had a great time. The hotel bar was a lot of fun, we loved the Live Music! Staff were great, and very helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Very dog friendly
Bangor Grande is super well organized for dogs, with a dedicated wing and entrance on the side of the hotel away from the highway. Staff were very professional, at check-in and in the dining room.
