The hotel is convenient but i lacks basic toiletries such as hair conditioner. Some people can not just use shampoo it needs to have a conditioner so that hair wont be frizzy, plus it doesnt have a soap and no alcohol or hand sanitizer. Food room service is also lacking, when i got to the hotel i was so hungry but was told that there were no room service for food because it is already close, in the morning u dont have any option to get room service for food as well because buffet breakfast is being serve and you can only order after 10:30 to me this is inconvenient. What if i dont like the buffet? In room service should be 24/7 not on a specific time only specially for business travelers like me. Room is comfortable and clean even if it is small just right for a solo traveler. Staff has no consieration for late check out since my flight is late i requested for late check out at least by 2pm but i was declined. I checked in late the other afternoon around 4:30 pm i was not given a kind consideration even if i had kindly ask and informed i had checked in late the other afternoon. There is no iron and iron board and no weighing scale which is a necessity for hotels. I would like to come back again in the future but pls improve these things i mentioned, other than that the hotel is nice clean and good. Thank you
