Bit dated but kept it clean. Was surprised that no one was there or offered to take the luggage to the rooms. A bit more friendly staff at the reception could be more friendly. SPA staff was really helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Buffet breakfast was also very nice each day. Didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked good. Only issue was the quirky elevators. Not sure if they can improve upon it but not so bad to prevent our return to the property.

Good location for transportation if you like the Chinatown area. Elevator system is a bit odd to access the lobby and your rooms... hotel was very busy the days we stayed so the lifts were slow. Overall the rooms were nice and service was OK. The rooftop pool and terrace have fabulous views
