Needed a room for 1 night only but will book here for my next Bangkok stay. Spacious room, great view from 25th floor, comfy bed and pillows, clean pool (I swam twice) that opens at 7am, and the Atrium breakfast buffet cannot be topped

renovations are STILL undergoing which was surprising. There was a horrible strong smell in the lobby which I have never experienced before. Overall though the hotel remains conveniently located and accessible.

There was someone who set up a drum and bass stereo outside on the street. I was on the 27th floor and I could hear it until 2am. It was just one night, but... It's what you get on a Tuesday night in Bangkok. There are eye plugs in the night stand, so the Landmark has thought of everything. Not their fault. :)

Likes: Nice quiet rooms and friendly good housekeeping (thank you), excellent breakfasts in Club Room with great city views, Laundry service, lobby lounge, pool area, staff in general were friendly and helpful. Dislikes: Construction noise at hotel entrance - will construction ever be finished?, club room checkins (compared to friendlier club room checkins in prior years). That said, I like this hotel and would stay here again.
