Excellent hotel and great value. Large room with comfortable beds, all immaculately clean. A very big hotel which means have great dining options. Right near central world and easy link to the train networks. Would definitely return.

The bathroom walls and shower had mold. I booked my reservations with buffet breakfast included. However, they refused my buffet room entry on the first day and demanded payment. Poor service!

The hotel it’s self looks pretty good but the rooms are old and tired with old dark unfriendly decor. The room and the bathroom has visible needs of attention for repairs and didn’t feel clean with old moldy grout and seal. Broken shelving in the shower, missing the glass but the hooks still hanging. The carpets outside the room were filthy. Sorry.

Still need to cross overhead bridge to go to main shopping areas. No clear traffic light for crossing at the junction. Toilet flooring is slippery when wet in the room. When its wet the water doesnt drain away well need several large towels to soak up the water outside the bath area. Inhouse restaurant fokd is good.
