The best part about the hotel is the friendly staff and being right next to bts asok and terminal 21. The downside is that the shower kept switching between cold and hot, so I didn’t really have a pleasant shower.

We enjoyed our stay. The property provided all necessary service and items we would require in a hotel. It was quite a close walk to a good value money exchange, and to the different MTRs.

The has to be the most convenient hotel in Asok. It’s literally on the junction of 2 of the major train lines of the city. The area is safe and many dining and entertainment options. Overall I had a great stay.

Great location and value but time for upgrades

Location is great, very convenient. Next to BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit with connecting sheltered skywalk ways to nearby malls and transport. Hotel has been the same with minimal upgrading over the last 5-6 years since we have been staying there whenever we visit Bangkok. So it's getting a little old. Area of improvements for better stay: Soundproofing at the doors (can hear neighbors quite clearly along the corridor), room can smell a little damp and also occasional sewage surges, only 1 lift for the whole hotel so sometime the wait can be a little long, room cleaning is limited (e.g. turned down when request to change sheets in between for a week's stay). Overall still a good stay for the great location and value for money.

The reception heard that my previous experience of noise from the bistro downstair, she instinctively allocate me a room away from it. First day I requested extra drinking water, the following days the house keeping also instinctively provide extra drinking water when they clean my room.

The location of the hotel is amazing and in a prime location being just opposite of Terminal 21 and just beside the BTS and MRT station. The staff were also really polite and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! Some areas can be improved, such as the bottle opener I was issued was a little rusty and the hair dryer had some marks on it but overall I was really pleased with my stay. You can't really beat the location and for the price of and value of the property it, I would highly recommend it. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Good value and great service all in all at a really prime location. Only downside to it is some of the facilities/ hair dryer/ bottle opener provided in the room might be a little old with stains or rust on them but for the price you paid it is hands down unbeatable in terms of value especially if you are on a budget. The staffs are extremely helpful and the room that I got was spacious. Breakfast served is extremely good as well. The hotel is also just beside the MRT and BTS and right across the street from Terminal 21. I will definitely consider staying here again for my next visit!
