Very happy stay for 10 days in a suite, couldn't have asked for much more from the room. It is well stocked with everything you could need, very sizeable, decent shower, no complaints. Very good location for getting around the city, the area has a big Japanese flavour and the hotel reflected this. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, but freshly made omlettes are a nice touch. Disappointed with the coffee and the fruit on offer but can't complain for the cost of the room per night. Staff were great and very attentive and friendly. Thanks to Joe, lunar, pup and the rest for taking good care of us.

New, and clean. Thoughtful layout, with washer and dryer, mini kitchen, perfect set-up. Good pool and onsen, 24 hours coffee, free HH Monday to Wednesday. Good breakfast. Free shuttle to BTS. 7-11 right across the entrance. Only comment is that funny noise from wall/ceiling, at 15F close to the end of the corridor. Will definitely come back.

편하게 쉬다 왔습니다.
스태프 모두 친절하고 얼굴을 마주치면 늘 웃는 얼굴고 인사를 해주셨어요. 호텔 리셉션에 들어가면 향기도 매우 좋아서 호텔서 사용하는 디퓨져가 뭔지 엄청 궁금했네요. 호텔 컨디션도 좋고 깨끗하고 매우 쾌적했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 세탁기 세제는 숙박하는 동안 딱 한번만 지급되고 그 이후부터는 호텔 로비에서 구입을 하거나 개인적으로 준비를 해야 했어요. 세면대와 간이주방에는 수압이 약한걸 못느꼈는데 샤워실과 화장실 수압이 좀 약했어요. 프롬퐁역과 거리는 좀 있지만 셔틀서비스도 있고 걷기에도 무리는 없지만 더워서 셔틀을 주로 이용했어요. 디포짓이 있으니 가실분들은 참고하세요. 다른 후기들을 보면 수영장이 좀 작다고 했지만 더울때 잠시 수영하고 쉬기에는 너무 좋았어요.

The concierge, Pup, was very helpful in arranging our activities. The room was very clean. The housekeeping service was excellent. The Monday to Wednesday meet and greets were very well done and enjoyable. All the staff were very kind. Breakfast was excellent with so many food choices. We will definitely return!

This is my favorite hotel to stay in Bangkok, I have been staying with them thrice, the first time I lived there 17nights, and about a week the second and third times respectively. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, I spent a lot of time in the Den(big living room for people living in the hotel, you can work or have social interaction there), the happy hour on Monday to Wednesday brought me a lot happiness! And never forget to enjoy the Onsen! Overally it is not top luxury style though but absolutely modern and considerate, highly recommend!
