a short night stay
This hotel offered a generally pleasant experience, though it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by our last stay eight years ago. We arrived around midnight, and despite the late hour, the staff was on duty and welcomed us warmly and professionally, which was a nice touch and made us feel immediately at ease. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. However, we encounter a minor issue with the bathtub drain, causing some water to spread across the bathroom floor. Thankfully, the front desk responded swiftly, sending two engineers who resolved the issue in about 20 minutes. The team’s quick response and eagerness to help were very reassuring, and we appreciated the effort, especially considering the late night. Overall, while there was a small setback, the hotel still delivers good service and maintains a well-kept facility. I’d recommend for its attentive staff and comfortable accommodations.

I like the little touches in their hotel. The rest area on the 17th is very comfortable, the cookies are delicious, and the drinks are changed every day which is very considerate. I only found that there was a female lobby manager on the 17th who was not polite. Everytime we saw her and she didn't smile or say hello to us. She looks a bit disdainful.

Have been to Bangkok many times and stay at different hotels before. Sivatel hotel had addressed my concern. Because I need to going to Ching Mai in the middle days of my trip so was wondering where can I storage my baggage then I can make myself more easily to hop on/off in Ching Mai. Then I tried to contact Sivatel. They promptly replied me said I can storage my baggage at their hotel (even that still a few days before my check in day). Thus they sort my problem, really appreciate it. Thanks for the staff (a girl with very sunshine smile) who keep in touch with me. However the breakfast is not much selection, luckily the service is excellent. The staff (called Jake) really helpful. He try his best to introduce those dipping and food to us. And he remembered what we like to dip and serve us every morning. We appreciate it. The room is large and comfortable. Looks good. We like the bed and the pillows really soft. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Sivatel Bangkok offers a delightful stay for travelers seeking comfort in the heart of the city. while the food quality is good, the breakfast options could be expanded to offer more variety. Currently, the breakfast menu includes a selection of standard items, but an increase in choices would enhance the morning dining experience.
