Overall hotel is good except the hotel room aircon/blower was very noisy & aircon could not adjust to 25 degree. Technician was unable to resolve the super noisy aircon/blower & not able to adjust the temperature. He said such was normal. Could not sleep well due to noisy aircon/blower & aircon temperature too cold.

Enjoyed the stay. Very comfortable beds, and all amenities compact into a neatly designed room. Air-conditioning is very effective. A 10 min walk to Asok/Sukhumvit metro stations makes it convenient to reach different parts of bangkok. Shopping malls like Emquarters, Terminal 21 etc are walking distance. Highly recommended

Hotel probably need to improve on the blinds in toilet, not every traveller wants the toilet exposed to partner, for us we are a couple so not an issue, another problem was the card always cannot access lift or rooms, but their good service made up for it

Cleanliness and Comfort Issues
I have stayed here many times over the years and seen this place decline. Was down on a short trip and arrived to dirty room with hair all over the floor and dirty toilet. It took staff a long time to respond which wasted a lot of my time. Moved me to another room which they said would be the easiest thing to do but same thing so had to point out all that needed to be cleaned and wait for the room to be ready. Breakfast has a lot to choose from but quality has dropped over the years as it tries to appeal to western and Chinese tastes at the expense of quality and local foods.
