A well-located reasonably priced big hotel. My room was large and comfortable if a little dated. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Peak time at breakfast was a little crowded.

Very old and needs renovation. Dirty. The breakfast was the only winner, delicious. The Mexican restaurant was ok. No Grounds, only a vertical hotel . Walk to air tram was longer than I had anticipated and rough walking. Busy busy streets, extremely heavy traffic 24 hours day. Over priced taxi services and over priced helping with concierge arranged events.

Very poor. The checkin process consists of interminable long lines, very inefficient. Same for the restaurant at breakfast, long lines, and the employees from hotel won’t control low profile guests invading by force occupied tables. The management won’t give 0 balance statements at check out. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

There were a lot of little things I didn’t like such as the lack of power outlets next to the bed. Who does that? Nowhere to lay a suitcase. Etc. small things, but annoying all together.
