This is an amazing hotel for the price. Its staff is remarkable and I would like to highlight two of them in particular. Nina, as Concierge, is incredibly efficient and could not be more pleasant to deal with. At the front desk, ask for Wanmai, she is the best!!

My stay here exceeded all expectations. This hotel is within walking distance of the Sukhumvit MRT and Asok BTS stations so we were able to get to all points in the city with ease. The staff onsite were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us arrange a taxi ride to the airport on our return at a price lower than the local rideshare app. And the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. There was some creak in the floorboards in our room but that was hardly an issue so we didn’t even bother to report it. Had some issues with the room safe which were promptly addressed as soon as we reported them. And the breakfast buffet has a ton of options. Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back if we’re ever in Bangkok again.

Our first room was well worn with damage present on head board and desk. window view was poor as it looked onto another wing of hotel that had badly cracked paint - and poor maintenance - looked horrible and room lacked privacy. - the room was well below the standard we are used to at raddison blue - thank goodness we were able to relocate to another room where everything was perfect. Pool area great, reception area excellent. Reasonable close to Asoke

It’s a very nice property and the location is great. Our room was clean and the breakfast is wonderful with many different options. However, the service we experienced was below average. After two weeks in Thailand, our last night before catching our flight back home was not great. I asked the gentleman at the Front Desk if he could please call Housekeeping and send an extra blanket for my 11 year old. That was before dinner. We come back late for dinner, and there was no blanket. I called the FD again and it was sent right away. So, I thought, no big deal. The following morning we go to breakfast and the lady who sat us took our order for 2 lattes that never came. We are almost done with breakfast, and they arrived extremely cold (they probably sat somewhere and they were not brought to us). We took both lattes back to the barista and we thought he understood the situation. We waited and waited and since nothing happened I went back and asked him. He said he already sent them to our table. So, I pointed at him our table with no lattes and still no reaction. After I complained to the ladies who were sitting people, we finally got ours. At that time, I didn’t even feel like being there anymore. Just very bad service!
