Bathroom was terrible mouldy tiles and cold shower. Pillow was as hard as a brick . We arrived at 10pm after long flight fridge was no plugged in so not cold . Property had a kettle and cups but no tea coffee or milk

Cheap in quality.
The hotel is right beside a busy road. It looks old. The moment I drove in I observed many parking docks under the building each parking dock has curtains that can hide the car. The staff were friendly. They charged me for the room key card deposit and gave me a key card. The room looked okay but there was bad smell from the bathroom. The curtains were old. The room was noisy with the traffic noise.

An older dated property with too many problems.
When you arrive and first look at the room it appears clean and in good condition. However once you get setteled you learn it is not that simple. They do not give you the information for the wifi, you have to ask for it. The bathroom needed a good cleaning as soap scum was built up in the shower area. The water pressure went from cool to hot while on the shower, so you had to time yourself while using the water. The carpet was old and dated so if the price of this hotel was about 20 percent cheaper, it would be a fair deal. But with all the outdated materials in the room, l would suggest looking finding another hotel.

The service was poor and so was their english
I had manage to book the wrong date so I wanted to change my stay to one day earlier. Hotels.com tried to help me twice but did not manage. When I arrived to the hotel they said that it was not possible and that the hotel was fully booked, even though I just saw that it was available to book online. Instead they tried to sell me a night in a room on the side of the hotel which looked like storage room. Kind of shady. First I accepted, but when I was about to pay they change the price since I 'was not Thai'. Then I realized that this can go on forever so I gave up and booked another hotel instead.
