A good place for business travel although it is a distance away from the city centre but perfect for a quiet stay. Central Mall is within 5 mins walking distance for some light shopping and food options. The room is aged but all the facilities are clean and in good working order. Bathroom area needs improvement as there is mould and discolouration of the grout between floor and wall tiles.

It’s walkable distance away from Central Plaza Rama 2. Customer service is very friendly and nice. However, hotel cleanliness standard is not really up to expectation.

Good value. Hotel is not near city so need to bear in mind the travelling time versus the price. Room has all the necessary items and 2 bottles of complimentary pepsi (per check-in), as well as bottled water. Aircon settings was difficult to adjust. Breakfast was not as good as my previous stay in December- had less variety. Taxis are easily available as there is a hospital next door. A mall is 5 minute's walk away but the area has construction work so it is inconvenient for the time being.

Suite not as big as I thought from photos.
Is right across the road to the hospital and a school but I had no trouble sleeping at all. Comfy clean and great value. I safely walked around day and night no problems. 7 eleven next door and across the road are markets for fresh food each day. The staff were very nice and easy to deal with plus very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
